Western Food: Spaghetti Bolognaise


How to do a delicious Spaghetti Bolognaise ..

At the request of one of our visitors, here goes .. Spaghetti Bolognese recipe .. It is very easy to do especially when you're on ideas what to cook at home. Brother Single Out There can also try .. This recipe is ideal for spaghetti, but can be used with the kind of pasta - great for lasagna too.

     Ingredients for Sauce
                     
(For six persons)

  • 500g minced meat (Minced Meat)
  • 650g onions
  • 4 points 400g chopped tomatoes
  • 200g tomato paste (something like Dolmio)
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • Two cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • A dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot paprika   
        Ingredients for Spaghetti
  • 1 kg spaghetti (decent stuff such as Barilla, De Cecco, etc.)
  • 7 liters of water
  • Two tablespoons olive oil
  • One teaspoon of salt
  • Two tablespoons butter
  • Fresh basil, chopped
  • From the grated Parmesan Reggiano 
        Preparation                             
    1. Minced garlic - not too fine. Press garlic. Pour the olive oil in large pan in olive oil and garlic fry until color changes.
